Everyone who knows Joel realizes this could be a novel of many pages about his 41-year career in Foodservice. He is never short for words in conversation or emails, so he has been told to make this brief. Joel loves food, eating food, cooking food, talking about food, and travelling the world avoiding museums. Instead, he searches out grocery stores, bakeries, food markets, coffee shops and restaurants. He takes lots of pictures and his mind is always working on the next idea for a clients. Joel is passionate and will hop on a last-minute flight in a heartbeat to grab a meal and propose an idea or share a thought. He has built his business on providing solutions. Although we might not offer a service today, he will find a way and make it happen tomorrow.
Joel lives in Sunny Palm Springs California, but you might find him in Sitges, Spain, Vancouver, Canada or somewhere in between working his magic. Like a game, he enjoys finding the best airfare, car rental and hotel rates, then rebooking repeatedly if it is the best room in the house or the best seat on the plane. You never know where in the world he might be, but he always remembers where he came from… his team and his clients are family.
