With more than 20 years of experience shaping the voice of iconic brands, guiding C-suite leaders through pivotal moments, and connecting narrative to real-world business outcomes, Cozette brings a rare mix of strategic poise, creative pragmatism, and precision to everything she does. Her professional journey has taken her through the headquarters of some of the world’s most recognized companies – including PetSmart, Domino’s, and Sony – and she now brings that enterprise-level expertise to Taste Specific’s results-focused approach.
Cozette holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from Arizona State University. Her academic foundation is deeply integrated into her work, fueling her passion for brand architecture, the psychology of messaging, and using communication to solve complex business challenges. She has guided companies through IPOs, acquisitions, and global expansions, giving her a rare ability to identify risks, drive growth, and craft compelling brand stories.
Beyond her professional work, Cozette is an active community advocate, serving on several nonprofit boards. A proud dog mom, she believes every brand—like every pet—has its own unique personality ready to shine. You’ll often find her exploring new restaurants or crafting recipes, always chasing that perfect mix of ingredients—both in the kitchen and in business.
Ish is making their mark by providing a plant-based alternative to traditional shrimp that has all the taste, texture, and performance of the original. With our support, they were able to run a successful ad campaign and spread the word about this versatile and tasty bite. As always, it has been amazing-ish to team up and continue to build their fun brand. We have designed and been updating their menu since 2018 so it brought joy when they decided to include us into another collaboration – labels for their original, claim to fame, Sombrero Salsa.
With the eatery being so popular, our goal was to carry on the notorious brand and create a spirited mask for the crave-worthy flavor inside.
We have heard these original recipes are a hit and we bet this salsa will continue to be a staple to any mexican dish for many more years to come.
